We had purchased tickets for the Red Sox game on the 4th of September before the season began through Ace Tickets, our exclusive provider . We live in the Adirondack region of N.Y., and were traveling from there to Rockport, MA. for a few days prior to the game day. My wife realized after we arrived that she had left our tickets on the bedroom dresser, and was sad that we would be unable to attend the game. She called Ace Tickets to see what we could do in this situation and left a message. Corey responded almost immediately, and was able to ease her anxiety by providing access to electronic copies of the tickets. The quick response and perfect solution impressed us tremendously.
