You really have to dig to find out that what you're paying for may not count toward actual college credit. That is something that should be disclosed clearly, not buried.I also never received any services or classes before trying to cancel, and despite reaching out immediately, I was denied a refund and forced to go through my bank to dispute the charge.The entire process felt sketchy and misleading—**except for one rep, James, who was actually kind and helpful.** Unfortunately, the system he works in isn’t built to support people honestly.I would strongly caution anyone considering Achieve Test Prep to **do deep research first** and ask very direct questions about costs, accreditation, and refunds.
