Review Time
I have had AFC Home Warranty now for two years. Last year, my furnace stopped working and I reached out to AFC about getting a technician to service the furnace. AFC was having a hard time finding someone and encouraged me to find my own technician and said that they reimburse the work. I did that and my repair was not reimbursed at all. Once it was time to sign up again, my account manager assured me that was a fluke issue and said to reach him personally if that ever happened again. My hot water heater stopped putting out water on Monday and I reached out to AFC to get repair started and request a technician. According to the contract a technician should be assigned within 24-48 hours. It is Friday now and I have called multiple times every day and still no technician is assigned and I am still without hot water. I have yet to hear from a supervisor as requested. This company so far has been in breach of the contract and does not deliver the services they are supposed to provide.
Our salesmen Richard Clemons was a pleasure to speak with and explained the warranty details and answered all of my concerns. We have not used our service yet so the real test will be when we call to have an issue addressed. We cross our fingers that it never happens but on the off chance it does We hope that AFC will live up to the hype.
The person I was talking with, ok believe his name was Bradon, was so helpful and friendly. Explained everything I needed to know and even more. Answered all my questions, etc I look forward to a long successful relationship,! I believe AFC the as more going for it than others that I contacted plus the fact that Bradon was do knowledgeable and shared all information with so I understood,!!
