What a nightmare. I have called Air Doctor customer service 4 times. One time a person who spoke very little English kept saying she didn't understand me until I hung up. All I wanted to do was cancel my first order and place the correct order. With the last person I spoke with I am told to refuse shipment but that isn't so easy as I don't know when they deliver. Also, he processed a refund on my credit but charged me for the shipping. Very annoyed and would not recommend Air Doctor unless they make no changes to their orders.
