Well put it this way, We were stuck for 3.5 months on this, another consultanty firm failed to get it resolved, these got it resolved in 2 weeks, got tens of thousands released that was on hold, and saved us a big headache. I can honestly say I just wish I contacted them sooner, as becuase we left it so late, we already had all our stock shipped back to the UK at great expense.
