Their work consisted mainly of sending multiple emails under my own name, without achieving any real results. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, they started sending emails under their company name, but that didn’t make any difference.To this day, my account remains suspended despite the fact that I have provided official evidence (from USPTO and TMview) showing that my book does not infringe any copyright or trademark. They never managed to reinstate my account or provide a clear strategy or effective communication.Honestly, I do not recommend their services. I feel that I wasted my money on a firm that promised professional and effective assistance but failed to deliver on what they offered.
