I contacted the company for help in returning blocked funds. They offered an account recovery service with an 80% probability. I paid $1,500. In six months of their work, I received two template letters with an appeal, which I had to check, correct and send myself. There was an agreement on an official legal appeal from the company's lawyer to the Amazon legal department, I did not receive confirmation of the fulfillment of this agreement. They stopped responding to letters. The account has not been restored, the funds have not been unblocked. I consider contacting Amazon Sellers Attorney a waste of money and time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
