We did not expect a guarantee to be reimbursed, rather a guarantee the firm would have kept the commitment we paid for. We paid a full fee for a deal which meant to include unlimited escalations. After only one letter written by them (emailed by us) the firm did not respond to us anymore despite our emails and further information and evidence.Out of those quotes I feel there's a lack of an ethical approach, of the professional manner and sensitivity. A delusional experience definitively.
