As a business company, we bought a service from Amazon Seller Attorney that seemed ( after a first chat) to be able to solve some issues with Amazon Selling Central . We bought a service for $1375.00 which included " unlimited revision and any necessary escalations" as described in the contract signed by each party.Unfortunately, after only one letter written out of all the material and infos provided by us, which was sent by our personal email, nothing happened anymore. Despite asking repeatedly by email to escalate the matter ( which was the reason why we bought the service in the first place) the firm did non respond to us anymore. They totally ignored our request. Do not buy their service they are unreliable and unprofessional, once they got the money they dropped the case.
