Your flight nurse quickly recognized a problem with the initial transport of my sister from Memorial Hermann Pearland, TX hospital. This prevented her from being placed in an unsafe situation in our home. The hospital case worker did not inform us of the equipment necessary to care for her and was reluctant to allow us adequate time to find a facility near our home that could meet her needs. Your Chief Flight Coordinator, Matthew Butler halted the flight and informed us, on a holiday of our rights to not be forced by the hospital into moving my sister prematurely.
