I had booked my discovery to come in for a service and mot. Booked a courtesy car as I needed to get to work and I live 45 minute drive away. Got there at 9am to be told the courtesy car wasn't back yet. Offered to drop me off at work which is 30 minute drive away. I figured this would be OK as they would drop my car off afterwards and the courtesy car would just be sat at work all day anyway. They then assigned a valeter to drop us off IN MY OWN CAR!!!!So I had left early to travel the 45 minute drive to Angus mackinnon to pick up a valeter to drive me to work and drive my car back again the other 30 minute drive to then have it returned to me on another 30 minute drive!!!!! I decided this was not to be so dropped the valeter back and told them I'd not bother with the service. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the service guy jake at least made an effort to discuss the issue with me. But this was a huge pain in my life for 24 hours whilst I found a local garage to service and mot my car.
