I had been notified that my order had been delivered but was not on my doorstep were it would have been left. When I contacted Annsberry, they checked the tracking number and then my address was verified. They were prompt in letting me know what they had found. I am embarrassed to say that the order had been delivered earlier in the week, but not on the date I as notifed. I was treated kindly. I have ordered many items from Annsberry in the past few months and will definitely continue.
