So I did a significant amount of dental work in Costa Rica through this agency. They were so helpful and available at the beginning. After paying more than $11,000 for my treatments, I am now having some serious issues with the work that was done. Two crowns have fallen out, and I have been back three times to have a faulty implant redone, which is broken again. What is interesting is that now this agency doesn't return my calls, messages, or offer an assistance in getting the issues resolved with the non-responsive doctor in CR. I do NOT recommend using these people, because if things don't go well, then you're out on your own with no support. What a disappointment and now I will have to have this work redone in the U.S. and waste more of my money.
