Sales people tell stuff that is not true, then they sent 2 beams that were the wrong length, which cause extra rework. They did send replacement beams approximately 18 days later, which caused about $1000.00 more labor and equipment rental costs, but they would not reimburse me for them. Also there customer service was very poor. It would take 2 to 3 days for them to get back to me, if they got back to me at all. Only one person at Armstrong was helpful and curtious the rest had horrible customer service. I will not purchase my next building from Armstrong again or recommend them to anybody.
