I was pleased with the timely ordering and delivery. The quality of the materials was what I expected. The drawings were easy for the contractor to read and assemble the building. To be completely fair the service after delivery left a lot to be desired. There was an engineering certification requirement to my plans that Armstrong did not include, and would not add after the sale. I had to get a second engineer to draw new plans for part of the building to certify it. There were 2 pieces of trim missing. The timeline from delivery to inventory was not met due to my contractor being on another job so I would have been responsible for the cost plus freight (over $1500.00).
