Worst customer service ever. I initially had contact via phone then the company representative separated from company and I wasn’t notified until I repeatedly tried contacting them. Then the worst customer service ever was experienced when the process was finally explained to me because my initial contact was just rough sizing to lock in price before the yearly increase note at this point nobody ever came out to physical location to discuss design options costing etc.. then after handoff everyone I heard from the Armstrong company gave me the stipulation of deadlines or I would not get quoted price. The erector they referred me to without liability was the worst and after multiple delays ended up with another who did a acceptable job but during all this time Armstrong by forcing me to do it to there schedule the product was placed on the site on the ground and by the time got erected it had dirt debris and surface rust due to the cheap protection from Armstrong.If they would have been cooperative with me and delayed delivery to when site was ready the quality overall would have been a better experience. I will never ever be doing business with Armstrong again and when asked by interested parties who have seen my building from street I 100% tell them NEVER do business with Armstrong
