This was a one of a kind experience! Everything planned was perfect. Our representative listened carefully for what I was wanting for our vacation, then planned it for just for me and my husband. I spoke to my representative several times to make sure we were all on the same page for what our needs and expectations were for our vacation. I am convinced no one else had this same vacation package. All questions were answered quickly and if we had any reservations of any kind, my representative put all my worries to rest. Then the worst thing ever happened. . .our plane was delayed 24 hours! I just knew our entire vacation was ruined. Not so. I made one phone call and in no time at all, our entire vacation was changed up with minimal cost involved and we were back on our way. My husband and I had the time of our lives. Of course there were a few things we would have changed, but none of this was a reflection of this company. For example, the time of year we visited the island; we should have asked to be booked inside of the castle, not just a room at the castle (a couple of the castles had us in nice rooms-in other buildings on the castle grounds); and we would have liked to have gotten away from the more touristy places. I would recommend anyone and everyone use this amazing company.
