I spoke to Jeremy on the phone and scheduled an appointment to come in. In the meantime, Jeremy gave me all of the information I needed and more over the phone: Great customer service, so much knowledge, very professional and has great amount of experience and also welcomed me with open arms over the phone. He convinced me to come in and receive the best service on a one on one level. On the day of my appointment I drove up and was greeted on the spot by Austin Carter, who had this great big smile, ready to serve me with the same friendly customer service and I was so happy 😊 to see that. He took me inside had great conversation and shared my car buying experience and how it's nerve wrecking. He assured me that I didn't have to worry about anything I just had to fill out some paperwork. He made that process very smooth and fast too. We took a test drive while he put me at ease with confidence that thinks we're heading in the right direction. Upon return I told him I really liked the car, he introduced me to his manager Mr Jones and I was handed a key and they congratulated me on my new car. Thank you DHannah and staff, including Angelina with my final paperwork signing She was amazing too! Austin is a keeper he's a great asset and has a bright future at DHannah and so is Jeremy and Angelina too! What a team!! I CANNOT THANK YOU ENOUGH, AUSTIN!!!
