Very delicious and healthy meals. We have done other dinner programmes and one thing that stood out the most about this one is how big the meals are. Much bigger meals with a good quantity of ingredients. One thing that I wish they would change is the very tiny and hard to follow recipes. Other organisations have step by step instructions with pictures on a larger A4 size.
