I ordered one of their products to help with my Service dogs training. They billed my card for two. Two separate transactions. I have called numerous times and have gotten no customer service just a run around. I politely asked for a refund prior to shipping. They instead offered us a credit to use at their store which I would rather eat weeds than accept the fraudulent manner they do business. I have notified the NYS department of consumer affairs, My CC company, BBB and a dozen other governmental offices. They should not be allowed to do business with people in this country. They are criminal scam artists. This would have been have been easily solved had they just fixed their mistake and issued a refund for the duplicate charge. They are thieves. They join the ranks of the dishonest scamming the public blind. If I find the unit I am using doesn't work my CC company guaranties me a refund through them as a full chargeback with penalties. STAY AWAY!!!
