Beware: this California safe provider is not worth the hassle. Don't have any questions and Do Not Lose Your Keys! They have made it so awful to even make a request for new keys, I think we are going to just throw out never used safe. The company has it set up to avoid customers' phone calls, unless you need to purchase a new safe. Its website Request Forms do not link (and the company acknowledges that fact), so you cannot complete any of the Mandatory Forms. I've had to email customer service 8 times asking for the three things they require. Each time, I get Only One of my questions answer - ie how do I pay the $25 for each key, how do I pay for the keys, etc. etc.. My Sentry safe, on the other hand, had batteries die, I called customer service and the service rep said, No worries, and sent me a new front digital Key Pad and battery for free. She sent instructions and that was that. Avoid Barska Safes...BTW the new safe's name plate fell off the first day - should have returned to Home Depot then. Made in China
