I ordered glassware from batten home (order 11711) in January, did not receive it for weeks. When I emailed, I was told it was out of stock and would be back in stock April (information that would have been relevant during purchase). I decided to wait more since there was only a few more weeks at that point. When April came, I emailed again and was told that the shipment was late but I would receive my order soon and they would ship it directly from the warehouse so I couple get it faster. I replied asking for a tracking number and received no response. After waiting another month, I sent another email stating that I still had not received my order. They canceled my order without any consolation for the fact that I spent nearly 6 months in my new home using plastic cups while I waited for this order. Not only that, but since canceling this order I have found the same glassware from a different vendor for a fraction of the price. I would never recommend this company. I never got my order, but what I do get from them is a barrage of promotional junk-emails advertising products that are probably not in stock.
