Being in the UK, I decided to place an order, but it failed twice, which made me wonder if the company was legit. I reached out and got a quick response—they were having a technical issue and kept me updated throughout. I placed my order on 21/04/25 and received it today, 29/04/25, nicely packaged by Tristan. A big thank you to Nils, Sara, Katrina, and everyone involved, including the Amazon delivery driver who came by twice to ensure I got it.
