The salesman was very educated on car lifts and processed the order perfectly. I was waiting for the new model Bendpack for tall mechanics and was informed of dates and everything was as ordered. They set up the installation and the installers were more than competent and thorough. I am a mechanical contractor and wish I could get installers that competent. 5/5 on everything from start to finish
