I placed my order a month ago. When I check the status on the website, it said "in processing" for a few weeks. Then, I emailed them. They said it was being handed over to shipping a week and a half ago. Every time I tried to check the shipping status or location, it just said "shipping label created". I've emailed them several times. They can't even tell me an expected delivery date, much less if it will arrive by Christmas! When I try to look up the tracking number, it takes me to the DHL site, which says "Shipping Label Created" and dated TWO days ago. Then, it says it will be passed off to USPS eventually. So basically, it sounds like it's just been sitting someplace in Maryland! They have been shady about every time I contact them.
