I placed an order on 4/11/25 and paid in full. Received notification a couple days later the items had been processed and being shipped with a USPS tracking number. Two weeks later, after several calls to BGASC, I was informed that the items were not shipped and not even available. Got the run around with phone reps with each call I made.
