Ordered a jar of Kent R/O Marine powder. Jar arrived completely opened and spilled into the box. I sent an email with a picture of the spilled contents to customer service. I was told by the CS supervisor that "the contents were still perfectly usable". I was offered a refund which was never issued. I will not recommend this online store to anyone.
