Bought tickets thinking they were official because I didn't happen to read the fine print. Turns out I paid way more than I should have for the event I wanted to attend. Realized the mistake right after I checked out and it said "you won't receive tickets until the day before the event". So I reached out to customer support and they basically said "tough shit". Just an unethical company that scams people into paying more for tickets by pretending to be official. Doesn't actually provide any value to society.
