Rough experience getting event tickets but good support. Bought my tickets a month in advance. Tickets still weren't transferred a few days before. I expressed concern, but was told to sit tight. Tickets weren't transferred a day before, same thing. A few hours before the show, they indicated to me that I never actually had any tickets and refunded. My friends and I were scrambling to find other tickets on resale, no luck. Luckily getting a refund was not an issue at all and we were even further compensated for our trouble which I greatly appreciate.
