My sister got a parrot from here and died after one week. I Phoned in on behalf of her to speak to manager. I explained to woman I’m not happy I said No receipt was given and we had to pay for cash only, u don’t accept cards or make up reasons that it’s not working. Asian woman over phone asked me what was the problem like the paying cash and giving no receipt isn’t a real problem,I Then explained my problem and she asked if it was my brother who came in the other day and later Called in to say my parrot died, I said no that’s not me. I I also explained I checked reviews on yelp and everyone says same thing that parrot or bird died after a week. She told me oh but they are lying it’s not true I then interrupted her and said. But you just said another guy called in and said his parrot died and you assumed that it was to do with me ?She said she’s busy and will have to call Monday to speak to manager. Now their number doesn’t even work
