I have a tale much the same as earlier reviews. I needed a replacement part for a wooden venetian blind that is nearly 20years old. Bought the spare with a hope and prayer and could not have wished for a better outcome. Nice fit and works well. Service was great, just two days between placing order and receipt. Very highly recommended.
