Being in the mining space for awhile I have worked with small projects to get mining operations up and running. With that experience I tried to fund my own hosting but couldn't fund due to covid at the time so I had to rely on other hosting companies. Blockware Solutions was the second company that I ran across and ended up giving them a try. At first the purchase process was simple and quick. But then as time went on I found many many things wrong with how this company does business compared to their competition. First, Blockware Solutions set a start but then missed it. Then set another that was two months later and they missed that one. My miners didn't come online till 7 months after the initial start date. As the miners came online, I setup my account on their management console and found that Blockware Solutions FORCES you to use their mining pool and their mining pool only. You don't have choice of choosing any other project which meanings they are double dipping and going to squeeze you for everyone thing you are worth. So when I reached out to ask why I am being FORCED to use their pool I got no answer. When I asked again to see if we will have an option to change it I got ignored again. Then when reaching out to support they take so long to respond that you could be down for 36 hours before you get a response. Time is money in this space. With all that said, the one thing really pisses me off about Blockware Solutions is they still have yet provide a service of 100% hashrate for one month and expect you to pay you monthly bill all upfront with their "true ups" at the end of the quarter. That may not seem like a problem but when you are already 9 months behind from the initial start date, 12 months behind in your plan and now operating in the red because they want all their money upfront but still have NOT provided the service you agreed upon; it all adds up as a 100% lose when using Blockware Solutions. STAY AWAY FROM BLOCKWARE
