They sent me the wrong item and there is zero customer service to correct the issue. Just a “yeah, we don’t have that one. You can return the one we sent” and not addressing they did not send what I ordered or any solution to make this right. So, yeah there is a risk to go with this company. If there is an issue, the customer service is lacking and no recognition or desire to make it right. No sympathy or apologies. EDIT— yeah, so anyway. As you see in the response, it can be more of a hassle working with them. This wasn’t an exchange, I was sent an item I didn’t order and was asking if they had the one I did order.This is the first apology in any of the emails. You are sent through basic responses. Better to order elsewhere.
