I ordered two items on Dec 27 2018 7:02 PM both in a size 10.5 they shipped me one item in a size 7 trying to get in touch with the company to send this item back i'm having a problem as to where to ship this item back to no return label this is unacceptable.My second item i'm still waiting for trying to be positive about the situation that they sent the right size on my second order. I finally received my sandals to find my order was the wrong size again , i just want to return my entire order with a FULL refund thank you . After putting a claim on Blufly i finally got a response from them CLAIMING they reply to every email which is not true I'LL NEVER ORDER NOTHING WITH THIS COMPANY THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE I HAVE PROOF OF ALL MY PHOTOS WHEN BOTH MY ORDERS WERE THE WRONG SIZE 1 sneaker a size 7 and my sandal a size 10 when clearly my conformation number shows i ordered a size 10.5 for both DONT TRUST THEM IS SOME SHADY THINGS GOING ON WITH THIS COMPANY
