Very quick to respond to my loss of two plants by return email and I received the plants in hand from Bluestone in less than a week! I love their plantable pots and that they also include a durable plant marker. I love this company especially since I also lost two Clematis to the tune of $80 from an exclusive Clematis company and they didn’t even respond until my 2nd email and said they couldn’t replace them because it wasn’t their policy for any losses. I’d much rather spend my money with Bluestone.
