I write this review to make people alert of buying by Bluesun as individuals. When do you know when you are doing business with a good company? The companies can have good quality but even these companies can have a broken or damaged item and if you have this do they replace it. Bluesun no way!! I had a broken item, a battery that was cracked. I send straight away a picture to my contact person from Bluesun and then the problem started. I only would get a new battery if I made a new order. And even that I bought an extra insurance for transport they will not replace the battery even it is easy for them to send a new one to Rotterdam where they have a storage. That was the first problem… I am a technician and I know how to install a solar panel installation. The hybrid inverter was not working correctly, so here I also made contact with Bluesun again, and we walked through the total programming and installation and still it didn’t work correctly. After woods, I found out that the settings they gave me were also wrong. Then they said I was not capable to install, and I asked them if I prove to you that the inverter is broken will you sent me a new one and this is the last I heard from Bluesun. They don't answer anymore, so warranty no way!! I have saved all the chats I had with the contact person and the technician. They always stay “polite and helpful” only because they know you will always lose because China is far away. This is the proof that the quality can be good, but the company is worthless because when there is truly a problem they don’t do anything if it cost them a dime they won’t help you On their Facebook site they delete the bad comments and that proves also that they are not fair and correct. If they beg the customers to write a good comment for them, that says enough.
