We have to report a very negative experience and are indeed very surprised in view of all the positive comments.We received an excellent first response with a request for some additional information that we supplied.Then, despite two "chasers" - we have heard nothing since (over two weeks) - not even an acknowledgement to tell us that they did not like our project!Not impressed!!
