I've ordered 3 times and they gave me free thank you lettuce seeds every time. The first time was delayed a bit, but they sent me an email before hand so it was ok. The only thing I didn't really like was that some of the bulbs I got were rotted, but most were ok and I got them on special so it wasn't as bad. It could have been because of the weather here and I've heard that they are harder to ship than regular seeds so it's fine. Selection is also really good and hopefully I can get some of the sold out seeds next time.
