I have really enjoyed using the box 3. I have used it for about three years. My original derailleur bit the dust after two years. Contacted the warranty division and they were fantastic.Sent me a new one right out. I can not tell you how much I enjoy the 9sp with the wide range. I have been mountain biking for many years. As well as building and working on bikes. It simple easy to work on and bomb proof. For me and my riding it is perfect. In fact I am slowly upgrading to the two.
