Bought 3 packs of vacuum bags. More than 50% of them did not hold the vacuum. They have a print which says to contact them to get a replacement. I did write them an email. Never even got an answer.Products can be damaged. But it is not acceptable to not keep their promises and to not even reply to their customers. I had to pack everything multiple times and to get replacements via the local vendor.It was definitely not worth the effort.Be aware that their replacement policy is a lie and their email address to request a replacement seems no longer in use.
