The boxlegend has excellent customer service and after sale customer support was fantastic. There were some shipping issues and folder durable flipfold was very helpful. Pricing was much more fair than from the local household products shop who would have charged me more for a display model and then charged me for delivery - so I saved more than $60 and delivery fees - great value!
