I ordered 3 neck chains as Christmas presents. They had a dog on wings as pendents. On the website they looked great. What arrived 3 weeks after Christmas were 3 pieces of plastic, if I saw these attached to a keyring in a pound shop, I would ignor them as being rubbish. After many email I got a partial refund.
