The only time that I go elsewhere is because BCF doesn't carry it, which is only about 2% of what I buy.Customer service is fantastic! Every time that I've had a question & emailed them, I receive a response promptly from them. Every package is carefully packed. My orders are always shipped out within 24 hours & are at my doorstep usually within 3 days. Also, their prices are amazing! I definitely recommend BCF!
