Earlier I wrote the review below. However I would like to update my review because the company did do right by me. The company, Food Research did correct their error. I received a refund & my products were promptly replaced once I showed proof of my complaint. The replaced products received do appear to be helping and I will continue to use their products based on the current remedy of situation. Please be advised if you choose to right a review be fully prepared to show the error if it is not a good review. After all no one in their right mind would refund without proof! Also writing a review is worth your time especially if the product is worth it; good or bad. The pen is mightier than the sword. I am now a believer in Food Research and recommend you give them a try. There is always room for improvement so I give them now 4 out of 5 stars. (First review):These products were recommended by a trusted source. I was ecstatic about trying them & received my order quickly. The reseller sent me bottles with different color bottle caps & old faded out labels on top of the bottles. The Cal Mag content appeared to be old & sticky. I thought buying directly from the on-line store would provide a better experience instead of going into a store. A store would not have put these bottles on their shelves. Because none of the actual bottles were sealed properly after I took off the plastic seal I may not be eligible for a refund. I found the reseller to be very sketchy before I made my purchase. He was happy to tell me after what the site says after the fact; i.e. we are a reseller. Although he refused to share his contact number which was different than the Doctors Research phone number on the bottle. There is only honest & dishonest. My trusted source was even appalled when I shared my experience & suggested I go to a store. The merchandise I received seemed to have been tampered with or old. If it couldn't be sold in a store or off a retailers shelf it should not have been sold to an online customer in this fashion either. The reseller who says he does great volume for the company will sadly ruin sales for Doctors Research. Unfortunately it will also have a negative reflection on the reputation of its creator Robert Thiel as well. Such things drive down sales & profits. I wanted to be a returning customer with repeat orders. This is a perfect example of 'cutting off your nose in spite of your face.'
