Made an order of several plants. Was looking for one particular plant so took the opportunity to buy some more for shipping cost effective. They send me that particular plant wrong and from 4 plants only one in good shape. All others were in very poorly shape. Emailed and didn’t got answer. Opened a case on PayPal and got answer from seller that apologized and promised refund. Asked for plant replacement as I still hadn’t got the plant I was looking for and got as answer that he would send me in next order. Don’t understand why I have to order again to get what I already paid for. Didn’t got any refund either so far. Escalated case on PayPal.
