AWFUL Rowlett TX location! I had spoken with a groomer about the FULL GROOMING SERVICE we wanted & she scheduled my apt for my 3 King Charles Spaniels, which she explained couldn’t get us in for about 6 weeks. So we patiently waited over both holidays with stinky knotted pups. We finally arrived with our dogs & a gal came out get them & as I was explaining how I wanted them cut, she harshly interrupted & said she isn’t the “groomer”, she can only bathe & sani them, only the groomer can cut them! Then goes on to TELL ME (not even the courtesy of kindly asking me) that NO- I did NOT make my appt months ago, that she JUST got my apt on her books last week! What?? Um how is that MY problem? Seems like this location made a major goof in their system! Then she rudely went on to tell me the “groomer” is booked up FOR MONTHS, which I reminded her “YES I KNOW, which is why we’ve been waiting for MONTHS for today to arrive!” Which has just made this whole thing even more infuriating! When I picked them up they were clean, but didn’t have that “fresh groomer smell”, which all of the previous grooming places we’ve been to have always left them with a cologne type scent. The next day mine are back to plain old dog smell. Worst $200 ever spent!!!! Also- they have entirely way too many dogs in the back! It was SO LOUD in the front area, and the wall FULL of dozens and dozens of leashes is a flashing warning sign y’all! RUN!! This whole chain is nothing but a conveyor belt! Zero bedside type manner, and our dogs are simply a number. Terrifying. I will never come back here. Ever.
