I was bring my King German Shepherd puppy to Camp Bow Wow on Tchoupitoulas St. New Orleans,La. and that was the worst mistake ever he would get into the car smelling like feces and when I asked why is that I'm told he was only in a crate so his food could digest I looked on the camera to see a man push my baby away ok he can be over excited but when he kicked him I called and the cameras suddenly had a problem and went off line I was latter told he no longer worked there I noticed he was losing weight ( 5lbs) I started bring his food in bags and most of the time I was given the food back with them saying he didn't have a chance to eat he was there from 6:45 until 7:15 sometimes later so he went all day without eating and with every incident they had an excuse when I ask for my money back I'll be told please give us just 1 more chance the last straw was when they had him locked up because they said he was aggressive I told the young lady he would come tomorrow but I wanted a refund after that and he only came because it was late and I need to bring him again the young girl begged me not to take him that night some young lady walked up to me when I was talking to another worker and rudely in a condescending tone told me they were refunding my money, they didn't want to disappoint me anymore looking at meas if I was pond scum I turned to her and told her he will be here tomorrow THEN you will refund my money for the rest of my days but I checked that camera all day I asked for the Manger and talked to three different people it became clear they didn't know who was the Manger and when I asked who the owner was they gave me some name and number but when I called I realized I was talking to the same person who gave me the number I'm so upset by the way they treated my baby and me I don't know if Camp Bow Wow corporate office know what a black eye this location is for their franchise reputation but I write a review every where I can and will continue to.
