Today I lost £199.I booked a CBT lesson, arrived with 24 minutes late, I have been told to go home.I talked to the administration I told them I understood that I was late because of human circonstance. Nothing to do with them they just sit on my £199 saved for about a month. They didn't let me continue the lesson, didn't accept even I pay for late fee, didn't accept for me to schedule for another days (that's the moment they told me I lost my money).I talk to them with all the respect I have for human but like a robot in they big aire they repeated me the same thing.
