I have had a couple of canny collars now and they are absolutely fab. One of my collars which was about 18 months old, had lost a couple of metal stud rings where the collar 'pin' goes into to secure it, however the collar was still was absolutely secure regardless. I noticed that they have a life time guarantee so dropped them an email and had a reply within a couple of hours, and within 3 days a new collar was on my doormat. Fantastic service, thank you.
