THIS IS A SCAM! DO NOT BUY!Items are not shipped from the USA. They come from China and took over a month to arrive. When it did the dog bed was awful quality and unusable.To return it I was told that I have to ship item back to Romania using a tracked a tracked service with pictures to prove the item wasn't damaged. That was over a month ago. The tracking shows they received it but now they ignoring all emails and not issuing a refund.Do not buy. I have lost over £50. I can't believe crooks like this can operate.
